Question: Can you assist in travel and/or hotel costs?
Unfortunately, we are unable to pay for such items for any of our attendees. We have kept registration pricing to only meet costs and have no additional revenues to cover lodging, travel and/or registration fees. We do hope you can still attend.

Question: I cannot attend the dinner on Monday. Can I pay a reduced price?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to reduce the price and we do apologize. We also hope you will enjoy the content of the panels and the plenaries, all of which are placed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Question: Can you give me a document for visa purposes?
Yes, we can, once you complete registration! Please email email@example.com with the name and address of the person requesting this document. Again please note, we can only provide this once you have completed registration and paid the fees.
Question: Can you provide me with an invoice and/or receipt?
Yes, we can! Please send us the name and mailing address which needs to be inserted in the document.
Question: Can I pay by PayPal?
Yes, you can! We can even give you a PayPal invoice.
Question: I do not have access credit cards or PayPal. Can I pay by check?
Yes you can, but you must send the check at least 10 days before the conference date.Please make the check payable to "The William Davidson Institute"; Write that the check is being sent in as "Payment for BoP Summit 2013" on the for/purpose line; Use the following address:

Question: I can no longer attend due to a conflict! Can I transfer my registration to my colleague/friend free of cost?
Please note we have a no refund policy. If you want to transfer registration - yes you can! Please send us an email at email@example.com with the new person's name, title, organization, email ID, address, telephone number and dietary preferences.
Question: I registered twice by mistake! How can I receive a refund?
